My story is not unlike most of you out there. It starts when I was younger, much younger. I've always struggled with weight. Granted when I was in my thirties it seemed much easier to lose it but as you age it not only comes back faster it goes to places that you don't want to be, if you want to live-----like in your interernal organs which is visceral fat, the worst and hardest to get rid of. If your younger listen, if your older you can turn your looks and health around.

Terry was one of the first celebs to hop on this bandwagon. He eats his first meal around 2 p.m. (!), and he'll eat as he likes until 10 p.m. He'll break the daily 16-hour fasting period for coffee or tea, but that's about it. Also, he's supposed to be the nicest guy, regardless of the fact that he is probably starving until 1:59 p.m. every day. It's all very impressive, really.
