For instance, if you eat 2,000 calories each day, it adds up to 14,000 a week. Now, if you fast 2 full days, you will be eating 4,000 calories less each week.


So, without even making any other changes you are most likely to lose about a pound of fat each week. That with healthy eating and exercises, the results should be amazing.


This plan allows you immense flexibility.


You can fast any day you like, choose the start and stop time. You can stop eating at 1, 2, or 5 a clock a certain day, and start eating the exact time the next day. It should not affect your social life at all.
