However when we eat all those carbs, your body has to burn those carbs. This is all fine and dandy, as long as, you are young and able to burn the calories. However, when you get older and you’re still eating the same and are not able to burn all the calories. Something bad starts to happen. Your blood sugar starts to rise, this is not good.

In my life I’ve had 3 different trainers and each one told me that diet is 95% of your health. I just never got it—never understood. The light finally came on one day, isn’t that crazy?
Believe or not,the exercise is just for a moment, like 2 or 3 hours out of a week, but that dang eating is 24 hours a day. Whats on your mind Just about every waking moment next to sex (if you’re a guy) food. Don’t think for a minute you’re going to exercise your way out of this, so that you can eat everything in Site, above all if you are older.
I’m 61 now
and the exercise doesn’t do what it used to when I was 30. At that age I could
exercise my way out of high calorie meal and that is probably why I am fighting
for my health the way I am now.
