I’ve a lot friends use the Zone Diet and they loved it. I know this from their experience.  I felt that it was a lot of work because of food prep, which doesn’t work for me.
I found the food prep a little more work that I like to do. But that is me, but like I said I have quit a few friends who have done well with the Zone diet.

We all know it because we’ve seen it work, even for some of our friends. So look for the one that is going to work for you.
